Flat White and Latte are out of stock on the POS and on Talabat until milk is received.
Attach a recipe to a menu item and stock is deducted when it sells — at the counter, on the waiter phone, from the QR menu or from a delivery-app order. One deduction path, so the numbers agree.
Stock on hand is tracked per branch and warehouse. Stocktakes post a variance report, low stock turns into a suggested purchase order, and waste always needs a reason so it lands in cost of goods.
