Kitchen display — tap an item to start it, tap again when it is ready. Delivery tickets land here with a channel tag.
The kitchen display groups items into preparation waves and shows a countdown per order. A cook taps an item when it is started and again when it is ready; the expo sees the whole order come together.
Delivery-app orders from Talabat and Careem appear on the same board with a channel tag, so the kitchen never has to look at a second tablet.
